Hello, my name is Jessica Tulisme-Joseph, founder of Dream Haven Home Care.
Before anything, I am a wife, a mother, and someone who has always has always had a heart for caring for others. Long before this became a business, caregiving was simply a part of who I am. My journey started by caring for family members and loved ones, being there during moments when compassion, patience, and support mattered the most. Through those experiences, I discovered not only my passion for caregiving, but also the importance of making people feel safe, valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to working in caregiving and supporting individuals who need assistance while still helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. I understand that allowing someone into your home to care for your loved one is biggest decisions a family can make, and because of that, I believe care should always feel personal, trustworthy, compassionate, and full of heart.
Dream Haven Home Care was created from that vision a place where families can feel peace of mind knowing their loved ones are being cared for with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. This is more than just a business to me. It is something that I have built from love, life experience, dedication, and a true passion for helping others.
